Payment of dividends due to a German subject on her shares in a British company at Tientsin.
In a note of the 17th August, the Section de Contrôle write as follows:
"Pour permettre à Had. L. SCHROETER de Hambourg de toucher ses dividendes de la Cie anglaise The Tientsin Native City Water C° Ltd, pendant la guerre, Telge et Schroeter ont fait transférer ses actions au nom du Chinois Chang Yun Ching.
"Ils ont naturellement en main un transfert de retour signé de ce complaisant indigène."
